Common if the server is operated by a customer or doesn't check the
From. I don't do that either for authenticated users.

ASNs have 6 digits, so this is normal. :-)

People spending time for abuse desk task costs money, so using an
auto-reply (also called auto-ignore) is often the case.

Try to open a support ticket.

There are other ones as well that do not care at all about any abuse
(have a look at the uce "Pranger").
