Even the headers contain the offensive domain names that they can block,
and block they will.

Blocking abuse reports because of content is incredibly counterproductive,
and I'm saying this in the full knowledge of the fact that mandatory
role accounts receive an enormous amount of spam.

I think you're very optimistic. It's not at all obvious to me that they do.
