I downloaded the addresses at https://home.nuug.no/~peter/bsdly.net.traplist and compared them to AbuseIPDB data 709 total addresses trapped on Thu Jan 8 17:10:01 CET 2026 275 were also found in AbuseIPDB, the last reported dates being distributed as follows: 116 in 2026 57 in 2025 4 in 2024 9 in 2023 89 in 2022 The dates are not linear, which says that it is hard to state how long an IP address keeps on spamming.
