Well, the only thing that we know for sure is that YOU are blocking
connections from my IP address; and it is definitely a bad practice to send
someone a direct email while that someone cannot reply to you directly.

As for Google, I have explained multiple times that I have proven that it is
related to domain name. It is in the list archives.

I am pretty sure that the rejects/messages delivered in spam folder is a decision taken at domain name level and it seems to fit with Google documentation. It fits with my limited experience and testing of sending email to Google accounts.

However, that does not exclude the possibility that  ip reputation of the sending hosts could be one of various factors taken into consideraton when making those domain level decisions.
