I have just looked at their website, and it screams fraud in big letters ;)
The website is all about customer support in case of any issues with their
services, but they don't mention a word about what exactly the services are.
Moreover, there is no option anywhere to subscribe to these alleged services
("become a member" as they call it), there's only an option to cancel your
membership, which... asks you to provide credit card details (!) - and also
your "member ID", which is hard to have if you can't subscribe.
Just for testing, I clicked the "Cancel Membership" button without filling
in any information - I got a completely empty page in response.
Looks like 100% fraud.
