M365 mail system is different than the freemail one (outlook.com,
hotmail, etc)

Being blocked by one does not mean you are blocked in the other (even
though whatever caused a block in one is likely to affect the other as
well, but they are different blocks and you need to handle them
separately)

Moreover, M365 customers could have custom rules for their email so
their email would not be blocking you (or to explicitly drop you). Not
to mention their reception path might be separate and allow your emails
to get through.
