Let us say we certainly handle messages across probably every language and 
dialect in the world.

I am not going to troubleshoot someone’s mail delivery issue here, but will 
definitely have personal oversight of this postmaster ticket once it is sent in 
and my team handles it.

If you are a service that's used by billions of people worldwide, and
that was even initially introduced with a target group of "absolutely
everyone everywhere", you are going to get messages in every language.

For Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and others in a similar position,
targeting "messages in a specific language" would be a colossal mistake.
