For most of my groups, they are at Google Groups. Some are at Yahoo Groups, and I have to admit they are (sadly) better integrated with Gmail! ;-)
Why? Well, when you click on a "thread", you are redirected in the email itself, and not on the external "group" website. One solution would be to "parse" the google group email (always formated the same) and find some kind of "integration", like a side (or bottom) panel, dunno... I'm talking about the "digest" message, not the one by one. Also I'd love to be able to have the whole line of the email (in the list of my inbox) being another color. Those tiny "labels" are just not enough to get my attention. Maybe you can have an option to apply the color of a label to the whole line...
