Hi!Please check Mailplane->Registration, does your name, email etc. show up?
If yes - then you are registered: Please go to Gmail > Settings and enable keyboard shortcuts If no and you received the license email: Here is how you install the license: 1) If needed: Forward the license email to your Gmail account 3) In Mailplane: Open the License email it has the subject "Mailplane license for ...." 4) Scroll down to the attachment 5) Click the "download" link 6) Done! If no and you didn't receive the email: Visit http://mailplaneapp.com/support/resend_license to get a new license email Hope this helps - let me know if you experience any difficulties.
