- Open Finder and navigate to HOME/Library/Application Support/ - Compress the Mailplane folder (right click it and then Compress) - Send the resulting Mailplane.zip file to ruben AT mailplaneapp.com (do not post at the Google group!) - If you can, please send me this file too: HOME/Library/Preferences/com.mailplaneapp.Mailplane.plist Hope this helps. if you could send me Mailplane application support files, I'll check it for you and merge/restore the accounts.
