I participate on a number of technical mailing lists over which
patches are sent in the message body. It would be really convenient if
Mailplane gave me an easy way to save these messages to disk.

What I do now is "Show Original", command-a, command-c, then pop into
Terminal and "pbpaste > foo.msg".

Sorta a hassle. :-)

What I would like is for Mailplane to have a "Save Message" option
which just grabs the original and offers to save it with a default
file name of <subject>.eml.
