Some of the keyboard shortcuts have to be punched in 3 or 4 times in a row to do anything. For example, option+cmd+R to reply to all, option +cmd+X to delete, etc. When I hit them, I see the menu item flicker but nothing happens. But if I rapidly punch them in 3-4 times it'll work. I think this started happening in 2.1.9 for me.
