Here's how you can add a keyboard shortcut for the menu item: 1) Go to system preferences 2) Open "Keyboard & Mouse" 3) Go to "Keyboard Shortcuts" 4) Click the "+" Button 5) Choose "Mailplane" form the list 6) Enter the "Menu title" like 'Create Evernote Note' 7) Enter the desired keyboard shortcut.
