Kurang. Stabilizer itu, sesuai namanya untuk men-stabil-kan tegangan listrik. Kalau daya yang keluar dari PSU cuma 250 W, padahal yang dibutuhkan 300 W, gimana? Stabilizer hanya 'menenangkan' tegangannya aja supaya nggak naik-turun melulu.
