Untuk cepatnya masuk ke safe mode (win2000/XP tekan F8 abis bios post screen kalo win98/me tekan F5) hapus file CcApps di folder system32, trus masuk ke registry editor di H_KEY LOCAL MACHINE/Software/Microsft/ Windows/Current Version/Run dan cari key yang mencantumkan file CcApps lalu hapus. Cari juga di H_KEY CURRENT USER/...(sama dg diatas). Terakhir restart...
