Ketika masuk ke welcome screen (pas ditanya password) coba tekan ctrl+alt+del (del-nya 2x) hingga muncul welcome screen baru. Kemudian pada username ketik Administrator, passwordnya dikosongin aja. Kemudian login aja seperti biasa. Asumsi cara ini bahwa account Administrator tidak di password sehingga dapat login tanpa mengisi password. Jika ternyata account admin pun di password, cara lainnya coba masuk windows lewat safe mode. Sekian semoga membantu.
