Yah seperti biasa periksa koneksi di sound card dulu. Kalo dari TV tuner masuk ke line in, kmudian periksa di software player tvnya bagian setting input sound. Jangan lupa periksa di sound mixer/volume control. Kalo uda yakin on semua & gak ketuker tapi tetep gak bisa rekam suaranya, coba ganti software player tv nya.
