Yg internal jauh lebih murah, yg external lebih mudah kalo mo dipindah ke kompie lain. Tapi external kadang resolusinya kalah dg yg internal. Eh ngomong2 ini ngomongin ttg TV tuner asli ya, bukan TV tuner model gadmei (gak bisa dipake utk ngerekam). 300an kayaknya ada deh. Mungkin yg keluaran K world. Spek yg hrs diperhatikan: bisa mpeg2, resolusi max, audionya stereo/mono. Ama kelengkapan kayak remote, colokan utk cable TV dsb. Utk s/w bisa agak diabaikan, krn bisa diganti dg s/w yg lebih bagus.
