Hello kuntulsawah, Mungkin pendinginannya sudah kacau. Coba dibuka heatsink'nya dan dibersihkan... ganti thermal paste'nya dgn yg lebih baik... atau bisa juga ada fungsi yg rusak karna akibat softmod...
