1. scan pake antivirus yang lain yg update
2. pake norton utilities : speed disk + norton win doctor
3. pake registry cleaner and/or registry optimizer, kalo perlu restore
registry back up
4. cek di program start, up, un tick / un mark program yg nggak diperlukan
5. kalo mau nggak pusing ya instal ulang
