kalo mount image yang ada filenya ada di CD/DVD, s/w virtual/emulator CD/DVD apapun afaik akan bikin crash Windows kalo CD/DVD-nya gak dimasukin. biasanya ini terjadi waktu restart, karena s/w virtual CD-nya nyari2 image-nya. solusi: 1. sebelum restrat, unmount dulu image-nya. 2. atau disable opsi "automount". 3. atau paling aman, image-nya copy ke HDD lalu mount dari HDD.
