sepertinya gak "sesimpel" itu. pake program "tweaking" kayak tweakui atau tweakxp atau customize xp atau sejenisnya nggak? coba cek di options "unknown filetype open with notepad" atau "unassociated files open with notepad" atau yang bunyinya mirip seperti itu. biasanya memang ada opsi seperti itu.
