bisa karena:
1. media udah gak mulus, coba bersihin lagi.
2. optik DVD-nya yang udah lemah bacanya, bersihin juga.
3. atau memang pelemnya diprotek,
kopi aja ke HDD pake DVD Decrypter atau CloneDVD.net CloneDVD.
