[PCplus] Tolong PC saya????

Begini masalahnya,i waktu gw mulai nyalain tuh komputer...trus dia mlai kluarin password (kyk biasa) trus gw enter aja (kyk biasa jg) trus dia mulai nongol smua icon KYK BIASA n abis itu langsung ilang n kluar layar biru kyk kalo komputer lu hang and minta cntrl+alt+del tapi itu ga ada perintah apa2 GA ADA TULISAN APA2 cm tulisan DenAM....OH MY GOOOODDDDD!!!
  
  Ada seminggu sebelumnya emang kalo gw online (dial up or LAN) per 2 jam tiba2 hang, screennya lari dr atas ke bawah..jd gw matiin n gw idupin aja lagi (ga bisa restart or ctrl+alt=del)..n kl lagi ngetik trus hang minta ctrl alt del gw turutin perintahnya tp ga ada reaksi ampe yg ketiga kali printah yg sama hilang..gw ga ngerti apa maunya TUH KOMPUTER!!!
  Udah windows 98, punya bos pribadi, kl gw datengin cust service GIMANA GW BAYARNYA? PAKE DAON? Ngurus kartu kredit aja ga tau dstujuin apa nggak..
