Hello Wisnu,my answer is intinya...set akses permisision di gpedit.msc n hal tsb gak ada hubungan dgn versi windows.gampangnya,di kedua sisi kudu harus mengimplementasikan "password authentifikasi" baik di sisi user maupun server.
