Ya kata "tetangga sebelah". Emang sampeyan nggak, and pake Indosat Cable ? Selain itu ya ane udah mbuktiin kalo donlot sekitar seminggu ini cuman dapet rata2 6 - 8 KB/s dari biasanya 2X lipatnya (14 - 16 KB/s dalam waktu yg sama pula.
