Hello donny,my answer is public FTP ya di create mas,klo anda servernya make windows server series ya aktifkan aja IIS nya,utk seting tsb bisa diliat di windowsnetworking.com
hmm..unlimited aksesnya tp brapa bandwithnya? dan apakah server tsb akan di publish di internet? klo dipublish maka akses utama akan terbagi 2 yaitu ke server dan ke internet public. afaik...akses2 internet home atau korporat sekalipun biasanya gak reliable klo buat web server,soale traffic nya akan tinggi sekali.
