Komputer saya ada masalah, suka tiba-tiba restart sendiri. Error
warning yang muncul kurang lebih seperti ini:

Frekuensi terjadinya, kadang 2 kali setiap komputer sedang dipakai, dan
pernah yang paling parah itu 5 kali restart sendiri.
Kira-kira masalahnya dimana ya? apa karena ada program yang crash? atau ada
masalah dengan hardwarenya? Saya sudah coba format komputer saya
(NTFS), tapi masalahnya tidak hilang. Apa mungkin virus? tapi rasanya
tidak mungkin, karena antivirus saya diupdate setiap hari. Atau
mungkin windowsnya rusak?
FYI, saya menggunakan Windows XP Professional SP2 dengan spek:
MOBO ASUS P4VP, Intell P4 2.26Ghz
Hardisk 40GB
RAM 256, VGA Card NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420
