Senior Web Designer
One of the biggest GSM operators is seeking a highly experienced Senior
Web Designer to join their Portal Management & Development team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Web designers are responsible for the layout, visual appearance and
usability of the website
* Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has
a logical navigation system and has all the features required;
* Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as hypertext
mark-up language (HTML), Javascript, Actionscript, ColdFusion, Java,
Perl and Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver;
* Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally
optimised and presented for the web;
* Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at
different resolutions;
* Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design
programmes such as Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D
Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
* Working with a wide range of media, including photography
* Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
* Fixing errors
* Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Qualification:
* Advance Level of the entire Adobe/Macromedia line of design
products is a must. Flash action scripting would be a plus. The
technical ability to design for both web and wap would bring added value
to the table
Education & Experience
* Education level required: S1 of design, art, graphic.
* Employment Type: Full Time (Permanent)
* Location : Jabodetabek
* Experience : a minimum of 5 years web design experience
