undang undang kesejahteraan aja nggak jelas kang, katanya warga negara
berhak hidup layak, ya hidup layak di bantaran kali ciliwung, layak
hidup di tempat pembuangan sampah dll.
Kalo mau koneksi bagus di negeri ini, bikin ISP, dipake sendiri aja.
