Experience with C sharp and C++ embedded programming
for PIC and MSP 430 processors.
Must be proficient with C sharp *IC++/MFC., *Visual
Studio.net development environment.
Experience with a variety of bus interfaces (USB,
RS232, PCMCIA, etc.)
Visual Studio front end GUI skills
Solid understanding of info file, Microsoft Windows
Registry, and InstallShield
Strong Verbal &Written Communication Skills
Managing Multiple Projects / Goals
Ability to develop software plans and specifications
based on high level requirements to the developmedesign verification
and validation tests
Additional experience a plus:
Familiarity with an Integrated Development
Environment tools used for embedded development (Windows CE, VXWorks, or
similar)
Embedded Microprocessors/Microcontrollers ARM, PIC
and TI.
Experience in wireless networking software highly
desired; Zigbee, 802.11
Software development experience in medical device or
a regulated industry

Job Responsibilities:
1 Evaluate new and improved technologies to increase
revenue and grow industrial business
2 Conceive/Design/Develop new electronic &software
applications for respiratory protection, components, devices and/or
processes to increase revenue and grow industrial business
3 Assure that new or modified designs, design derivatives
or OEM designs meet or exceed applicable standards and meet performance and
cost reductionlvalue engineering goals
4 Design of experiments/setups/test methods to aid in
development of test apparatus for products to facilitate transition to
manufacture
5 Participate and foster team work in a meaningful and
constructive exchange of ideas and knowledge
6 Document the creation of new products or processes as
well 35 performance data to assess fit, form and function
7 Drive approval of new products or processes from
appropriate regulatory bodies and support project launch
8 Provide technical support to colleagues, sales team,
operations, management and end users.
*Education **& **Experience: *
Software Engineering Masters (MS) from an accredited college or university
preferred. Bachelors (8S) degree from an accredited college or university
required in Software Engineering. A successful candidate should have a
minimum of 5 years of related experience in product/process development in
the software field.
