*Need SQL Server Architect -- True High Level Consultant for Columbus -- 3
months*

*Resume must show Architect Experience*!

 Key: *Great communication skills (oral & written)* and a history of
actually performing SQL Server Consulting working in an environment that is
policy/procedure driven.  This is a quality type of engagement
and documentation/ presentations are necessary.

Initial couple of weeks will transition data base from Access to SQL Server,
but then will move into a True Consultant Role.

"Will move to more of a consulting role to assess our current databases and
look for ways to standardize and optimize how we are creating our
backends."

Here are some characteristics for the SQL Server Consultant:

*Experience with writing standard procedures related to database
administration.

*Experience with Reporting Services.
*Experience transitioning from Access to SQL Server 2005
*The ability to normalize and denormalize.
*Assess queries for optimization.
*Assess overall architecture on legacy and new applications.
*Performance Tuning.
