- Reasonable *Team Lead *experience
- A minimum of *five (5) years of hands-on experience *with MS SQL Server
Database Administration
- *Must have experience with most of the following:** *
- *BMC PATROL OR BMC PERFORMANCE MANAGER** *
- *COMMERCE SERVER** *
- *.NET** *
- *TRIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER** *
- *Demonstrate solid skills in database monitoring tools and tuning
procedures, query optimization, Stored Procedures, UDFs, and Index Tuning.

- *Strong Database Management skills, including backup and recovery
policies and procedures** *
- *A thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL, and backup
concepts and procedures** *
- *A thorough understanding of Microsoft Operating System - Server 2003**

- *Experience with MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Administration, including
management tools** *
- *Experience with the MS SQL Clustering architecture** *
- *Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills** *
