*MUST HAVE:*
- *Strong experience as a SQL Server DBA*
- Reasonable *Team Lead *experience
- A minimum of *five (5) years of hands-on experience* with MS SQL Server
Database Administration
- *Must have experience with most of the following:*
- *BMC PATROL OR BMC PERFORMANCE MANAGER*
- *COMMERCE SERVER*
- *.NET*
- *TRIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER*
- Demonstrate solid skills in database monitoring tools and tuning
procedures, query optimization, Stored Procedures, UDFs, and Index Tuning.
- Strong Database Management skills, including backup and recovery
policies and procedures
- A thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL, and backup
concepts and procedures
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Operating System - Server 2003
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Administration, including
management tools
- Experience with the MS SQL Clustering architecture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
