1) Client is looking for resources for a project he has in PA. He is specifically looking for *Functional R12 resources with skills in GL/AP/AR*. It is preferred that resources have done an *upgrade from 11.5.X to R12*because the specific knowledge and understanding of future state to help guide the client thru the upgrade cycle from a functionality and process standpoint. *R12 implementation experience over upgrade is acceptable**.* 2) Client is looking for resources for a project he has in PA. He is specifically looking for *Functional R12 resources with skills in OM/PO*.
