- *7 + years IT *experience
- Significant experience with *Life Sciences applications,* e.g.:
- Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
- Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS)
- Quality Management System
- Specific knowledge of:
- *LiveLink (by OpenText) - prefer v9.7*
- *MS SharePoint 2003 and/or 2007*
- Experience in *developing SOPs, work instructions and
guidelines*relative to supporting Life Science specific systems
- *Full life cycle application implementation* experience
- *Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within
life sciences*
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written/verbal
communication skills
