JDE E1 Developer Candidate. *The position description follows:* *Senior JD Edwards Enterprise One Programmer* for the corporate headquarters in Concord, NC. *This position will be responsible for: *Obtaining business requirements, formulating functional and technical specifications and implementing these specifications in JDE Enterprise One System within AS/400 environment;Providing technical and functional leadership on JDE Enterprise One implementation of numerous modules including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Service and Warranty and Financials; Participate in all aspects of application development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and documentation; Test and validate software fixes and upgrades; Manage and maintain proper change and version control; Configuring and maintaining JDE Enterprise One application and configuring JDE Enterprise One extensions; Creating and configuring JE Enterprise One Forms and Reports; Integrating various technologies into internal JDE Enterprise One system; Providing support for JDE Enterprise One; Working non-standard hours to implement and support critical JDE Enterprise One Application *Qualified candidates will possess the following: * Education/Certification: BA or BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar discipline preferred.** *Required Knowledge: * · Extensive Technical and Functional knowledge of the JDE Enterprise One Suite of modules ** · Proficiency with the JDE toolset including, but not limited to OMW, Data Dictionary, Data Structure Design, Processing Options, TDA, RDA, Event Rules, System Functions and APIs, BSFNs · Comprehensive knowledge of JDE Enterprise One Table structure · Ability to analyze issues and solve problems with minimum supervision OMW – object management workbench TDA – table design aid RDA – report design aid BSFN – business functions *Experience Required: * - A minimum of 5 years of development experience at senior developer level working within a fully integrated JDE Enterprise One in an AS/400 environment - Implementation experience in one or more of the following modules: Financials, Contract and Service, Distribution, Manufacturing - Extensive experience using the Enterprise One programming toolset including Form Design Aid and Report Design Aid, Previous use of Object Management Workbench, Environment Management, Scheduler, Data Dictionary and Vocabulary Overrides; Knowledge of JDE E1 Table Structure and Business Views; Substantial data conversion experience, including the "Z-file" processing and Interactive Debug. *The following qualifications are strongly preferred: * · Previous formal JDE Enterprise One Technical and Functional Training · Functional CNC or system administration knowledge · Crystal Reports knowledge and experience · RPG programming experience, AS/400 and DB2 experience -- Thanks & Regards Craig Account Manager ASTOLINE INC Office:732-658-9248 [EMAIL PROTECTED] IM: craig_astoline --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Mainframe-IBM" group.
