*Job Responsibilities:* - Work with the Client Operations team in the support of the ESB SOA Sun Application. - Work with Client and Sun Professional Service group to determine ways to enhance and stabilize the existing environment. Monitoring of the environment. Tuning the servers where appropriate *Skills:* - *JCAP clear understanding. * Ability to communicate concepts on a technical level. Minimum of five years experience either as a developer, or a field engineer. - Understands and have worked in a matrix managed environment. - Worked for a managed service facility. - Great customer experience. Never uses the phrase "I think". Always finds out the answer even if it's not him. Sets expectations clearly. - Presents well, never carries oneself in a position that would reflect poorly on Sun. - Basic understanding of Solaris-10, T2000, HA / Cluster, Disk Array 3320. - Third party products IBM MQ and Oracle 11i database. *Those skills are:*** Strong Solaris Sys administration. Solaris 9 & 10. Solaris system administration will not be their primary job responsibility, but this person will not be successful unless they can think in Solaris. Strong understanding of the Oracle technologies associated with JCAPS. Again, Oracle support will not be their primary responsibility, but this person will not be successful unless they have a "working" knowledge of Oracle technologies & how to use them effectively in a JCAPS deployment. I want someone with a degree in computer science, or electrical engineering...preferably someone with 5 to 7 years experience in a consulting background; with the bulk of that experience deploying, or supporting JCAPS, Solaris & Oracle. This person must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
