*DUTIES >> Senior Business Analyst for Human Resources Workforce Analytics implementation which will extract HR data from PeopleSoft 8.9 HRMS to Doublestar Workforce Analytics / Data Warehouse.* * * *Consultant will define requirements for data extract. Work with vendor to ensure appropriate data is extracted. Work with developer to ensure extract program meets requirements. Test the extract to ensure data extracted matches data in PeopleSoft and meets Workforce Analytics data requirements. Identify any issues with transactional data in PeopleSoft HRMS. Work with business partners to define metrics for the Workforce Analytics application including headcount, turnover rate, hire ratio and employee spend.* * * *SKILLS >> Required Skills:* *PeopleSoft Human Resources 8.9 experience.* * * *High degree of understanding of Human Resources Psft data structure. Must show knowledge of Job, Personal Data.* * * *Understanding of HR metrics including headcount and turnover.* * * *Knowledge of PeopleSoft query with purpose of validating data in PeopleSoft against extract.* * * *Great communication skills.
