Location: Wilmington, DE Business Analyst with HEAVY DATA WAREHOUSING Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience required Minimum 4 years of Data Warehousing experience required. Minimum 4 years of experience in working on ETL applications/Data Marts & Data Warehouse required Minimum 4 years experience required working on MS Office products - MS Word, MS Excel & MS Visio Credit Card Industry experience preferred Experience migrating large RDBMS Data Warehouse Solutions (e.g. IBM, Teradata, and Oracle) for Customer Relationship Management modules a Plus Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (BO, MicroStrategy, and Cognos) a Plus Working with different Business groups/users to understand the Business Requirements for the project. - Working closely with the business users to understand the current state and target state business processes - Working with different IT & Business groups to understand and determine the Impacts to the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts for different projects - Creating the Functional Requirement Specification/FRS for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Mart for the project - Providing input to the Data Architect to help create/update Logical/Physical Data Models for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts - Working closely with the Development team to validate that the Technical design meets the business requirements - Reviewing Test Plans/Scripts to ensure adequate coverage for the proposed design Please enclose details for Below Position ASAP.
