May design Graphical User Interface GUI to meet the specific needs of users. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Revises existing programs, systems, and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and storage. Coordinates symbolic statements of problems into appropriate organizations such as Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Research & Development or Manufacturing. Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
