The main objective for this position would be for the scripting, testing,
deployment and support of desktop client's within an SMS/SCCM
infrastructure. The candidate will work with other team members to package
applications for distribution via SMS. They will assist with:
- Creation of software packages (SMS Installer Scripting and MSI using
Installshield, Wise): Create deployment package scripts and test the
automated deployment packages in a lab environment. Provide
documented/detailed reports on the lab results.
- Desktop patching and distribution of patches through WSUS and SCCM
- Test the creation of package advertisements for software upgrades and
deployments. Test the automated deployment process in a lab environment.
Provide detailed reports on the lab results.

*Qualifications:*
- 2nd and 3rd level support for SMS client related problems
- SMS Report Management
- SMS Installer script writing
- Understanding of software package development via Wise scripting tool
- Some SQL Query experience (related to SMS database)
- Ability to work in a global infrastructure
- Expert in Windows XP
- At least 1 year of SMS/SCCM experience on a global support
- Software configuration management
- Good communication and documentation skills

will train the users on how to use the product and help strategize on what
to implement. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Rate: $42.00 / hr, good thru Sept. 30, 2009.

To try and prescreen our Rational Tools Expert spot, we want to try and find
candidates that respond 'yes' to MOST of the questions below and be prepared
to explain the answer he/she provided. (Should be on the resume).
1. Have you MANAGED a Rational environment?
2. Have you developed training materials for any of the Rational tools and
taught users based on those materials?
3. Have you provided day-to-day user and system support for the Rational
tools?
4. Have you MANAGED an implementation and/or upgrade to the Rational
toolset?
5. Have you been a part of building a plan and strategy of how tools
should be used and rolled out?
6. Have you integrated and customized the tools to meet a clients'
