The individual* MUST* have* LOAN IQ* experience.

*Overall Responsibilities:*

   - Liaison between the Global Loans team and several TIS groups including
      Networks, Servers & Storage, Database Administration, Global
Engineering and
      the Global Data Center
      - Coordinate, prepare, and participate Disaster Recovery testing,
      including keeping documentation up-to-date
      - Ensure hardware installations and upgrades for Unix and Windows
      platform are preformed according to plan
      - Responsible for the coordination of capacity planning across the
      Global Loans architecture
      - Manage Support book of work for Global Loans IT and drive
      initiatives into functional areas

*Functional Responsibilities:*

   - Responsible for support of non-production Loan IQ environments
      - Coordination of Loan IQ test environment for Project related test
      cycles. Includes batch scheduling and execution, environment
configuration,
      and batch issue troubleshooting.
      - Work with other team members in the business analysis, development,
      quality assurance, testing and support teams to deliver projects to the
      business
      - Maintain and modify documentation for overall Global Loans
      Infrastructure, Escalation Procedures and SLA's
      - Maintain hardware and software (vendor and in-house) inventory
      - Responsible for generating cost transparency reports/metrics

       *SKILLS:*
*Required Skills:*
*          *

   - Strong knowledge of Windows 2003 and UNIX/Solaris Operating systems
   - Experience with multi-tiered applications.
   - Working knowledge of database tools such as DBartisan or Rapid SQL
   - Experience with RDBMS is a must*)*

*Desired Skills:*

   - Working knowledge of the LoanIQ product is a plus
   - Experience with .NET client server architecture is a plus
   - Experience with the Control-M scheduler is a plus
   - Experience with DB2/UDB and Oracle is a plus)

*Personal Skills:*

   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
   - Ability to frame and troubleshoot problems
   - Works well in team environment, as well as independently.

   *WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:*

   - 5+ years experience as a Systems/Technical specialist
   - Experience with the Misys LoanIQ application is a plus
   - Experience working in a Financial Services organization is a plus

*EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS*:* *
BS/BA in Computer Science or Equivalent
