*Position:* Business Analyst *Location:* Baltimore, MD *Duration:* 9-12 months *FTF could be reqd*. Mainframe programming skills in COBOL and DB2 a definite plus. Written samples will be reqd. Good comm skills are very imp. *DESCRIPTION*: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills. Strong analytical/validation skills and experience in development of test plans. Strong ability to provide business process analysis and development of formal technical documentation to include, but not limited to, such items as business work flow/data flow diagrams, requirements, design/design alternatives and recommendations. Strong ability to develop project management artifacts including project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Ability to conduct analysis using SQL queries against DB2 databases. Mainframe programming skills in COBOL and DB2 a definite plus. Self-starter, highly motivated individual required who can adapt to changes in client requirements.
