*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE *

· Minimum 4 years information architecture experience; experience
developing information architecture on medium- to large-scale web-based
projects;
· Minimum 3 years graphic design experience (web-based)
· Experience working directly with Business Analysts and Developers
to develop and document functional/ navigational flows
· Experience developing wireframes, Functional Specifications, and
GUI designs with prototyping tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Html/ GoLive/
Dreamweaver);
· Experience translating wireframes into final graphic UI designs
using Photoshop
· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with
multi-disciplinary team members
· Ability to present to and communicate directly with clients
· Ability to work on projects to completion with a minimum of
supervision
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word)
· Online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and
ability to work within established branding directions; portfolio also
demonstrates experience designing for information- or technology-heavy
projects and ability to work within technology constraints.
· Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and attention to
detail
