Provide Tivoli Monitoring function for multiple clients including EFH, MDS, GM, ITICS etc. * *ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) Tools:** • Tivoli ITM, Tivoli Enterprise systems management architecture • Tivoli TEC, Omnibus, Impact, Tivoli framework, Netview and ITNM • Very strong programmer (must have perl; nice to have prolog) • Scripting (unix and windows) • Strong knowledge of Unix and Wintel OS flavors. Application Environments Supported: • ITM 6.1 or 6.2 • Apache • TelAlert • SNMP, SMTP and HTTP • Oracle, DB2, SQL Server Platforms: • Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, HP-UX, Windows, vmware, Citrix • Storage arrays SNMP • Strong networking knowledge • Unix and Windows programming Incident, Problem and Change Management is a must for this role. ITIL certification is a plus. Must work well in a team environment, including Applciation and DBA teams.
