*4 YEAR CONTRACT*

located in Fort Worth, TX

Looking for an individual who has extensive experience with Primavera (5+
yrs)

Has been involved with a large number of projects in various stages over an
extended period of time

Ideal candidate would have experience with electrical EHV Transmission
projects.



*Duties:***
This position would setup and maintain scheduling tools and progress
reporting using Primavera software for our CREZ projects (several line and
station projects) across our system. The high level activities to be
monitored are:
1) CCN Preparation, Submittal and Approval
2) Row of Way Acquisition
3) Engineering
4) Material Procurement
5) Construction and Commissioning
6) Coordination with Other Entities (Clearance Tracking, Permitting, etc.)


*Initial Scope of Work**
*1) Work with project teams to determine which project activities to monitor
and resource load.
2) Assist in developing and/or develop progress reports required from
various groups for status updates.
3) After task/activities are identified they need to be resource
loaded/monitored develop/modify existing Primavera schedules to accomplish.
Work with internal and external resources to determine resource requirements
and productivity rates.
4) Prepare reports for management updates (progress reporting).
5) Document scheduling and resource loading processes. Provide training for
Oncor employees in the maintenance of Primavera schedules and reports.

Over time the scope may be expanded to include oversight of the day to day
updates to project schedules and management reporting on progress and risks.

*Additional Information:**
*Client currently uses Primavera scheduling software; however, they only use
about 10% of its capability. They are looking for a Primavera expert that
can meet with the project teams, find out what they are trying to do and
then configure the software to do what they need it to do. This person
should have about 5 years experience with this Primavera and should be a
“whiz”. This person needs to have very good communication skills as they
will have to talk to the project teams (who aren’t technical) and decipher
their needs and execute them into the tool.

These project teams are responsible for the construction of new substations
and transmission lines. They need the Primavera to assist them in scheduling
the work that needs to be done in these construction projects. This will not
be a field person. They will be working in the office in downtown Fort
Worth.
