* I have a new requirement. They are requiring Architect level experience with Fair Issacs Blaze advisor. Also requires J2ee, EJB, and XML. Healthcare/pharma experience is a huge plus. Please let me know if you have any candidates.* * * *Description Architect with experience on the Fair Isaacs Blaze Advisor (Rules Engine). Qualifications 1) Architect with experience on the Fair Isaacs Blaze Advisor Rules Engine (Rule Flows, Rule Sets, Decision Tables, RMA, Java/EJB deployment). 2) Intensive hands-on experience with the product and familiar with rule writing, SRL (Structered Rule Language), quantified conditions, patterns, , Management properties and queries and filters, variable, patterns event rules etc. 3) 6+ years of full lifecycle development experience in a large complex transaction processing environment. 4) Strong experience with J2EE, EJB, Java, and XML is a must. 5) Experience with MQ Series, Web Services, WSAD, CICS and DB2 is a plus. 6) Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface effectively with team members, IT groups, and business users are required. Assists in resolving support and maintenance problems. Develops programming and development standards and procedures, as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. Act as internal technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Acts as internal advisor, advocate and change agent '* ** *Experience* ** *Minimum 10+ years in IT industry with experience in a variety of technologies, including a minimum of 6+ years of application architecture/system design and development. Experience in integration of applications for business solutions. Successful leadership in application development processes and projects including cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
