Job Description: The IT Business Systems Analyst has the responsibility to participate in the analysis, design, evaluation, Testing, and training support of the Global Complain Handling system (SAP CRM). Primary activities include process/systems analysis and design, detailed design, test execution, and training support. Main responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between the business users and the core implementation team during the testing and final phase of the project - Work with the business users to develop and update local SOP related to the Global Complaint Handling process - Conduct gap analysis workshop, document process gaps and work with the implementation team on developing solutions - Define and document business and functional requirements, write functional specifications and develop test cases - Conduct end user practices with the business users prior to go live - Consult and assist with developing training curriculum Desired background: - SAP CRM Experience Required - Familiarity with Medical Device Regulatory requirements - Knowledge of requirements for IT systems pertaining to 21 CFR Part 11 - Exposure and work experience with Validated Systems, and MSVM 1 year contract, MN Rate: Open -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks & Regards… Mahesh Atreyapurapu.
