- * Extensive software QA testing experience (at least 5 years, prefer more) * - *Retail Experience* - *All positions are to write and execute manual test cases * - *Ability to logically and systematically analyze and solve software problems * - *Define scope and objectives for complex quality testing projects. * - *Ability to express technical concepts and procedures clearly, precisely, and in easy to understand information, verbally and in writing * - *Develop and implement detailed, tactical project plans, goals and objectives for complex projects (includes designing, creating, and maintaining functional and integration test cases). * - *Troubleshoots and resolves or recommends solutions to a diverse range of complex software testing problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions). * - *Identify and record defects with sufficient information for issue to be reproduced by development team.
